Penerima ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya di perguruan tinggi anggota AUN di Brunei Darrusalam, Filipina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapura, Thailand, dan Vietnam.
Namun penerima beasiswa dari negara-negara tersebut tidak dapat memilih perguruan tinggi yang berada di negaranya sendiri.
