Pontianak. FISIPUNTAN. Salam Informasi.Update PPID Pelaksana UNTAN pengelola informasi fisip universitas tanjungpura memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan informasi kepada publik.
Baik informasi tentang program studi, kegiatan fakultas, berita terbaru, dan layanan lainnya kepada mahasiswa, dosen, alumni, dan masyarakat umum.
Untuk memperoleh informasi publik di lingkungan FISIP UNTAN dapat dilakukan melalui media elektronik maupun nonelektronik yang telah disediakan. Selain informasi yang diminta, FISIP UNTAN juga menyediakan berbagai informasi.
Produk informasi berupa teks, video, gambar disediakan sesuai kategori baik yang wajib tersedia setiap saat, informasi yang disediakan dan diumumkan secara berkala.
Informasi tersebut ditampilkan melalui website resmi PPID FISIP UNTAN. Hasil dan capaian terwujud melalui inovasi terobosan pengelola informasi publik fisip universitas tanjungpura dalam menerapkan transparansi tata kelola yang sesuai dengan aturan dan kebutuhan publik saat ini.
Pada tahun 2024, informasi publik yang telah dihasilkan oleh pengelola informasi pada fisip universitas tanjungpura adalah 156 informasi terdiri 124 informasi berkala dan 231 informasi setiap saat, dengan total 231 dokumen.
Hasil ini menunjukkan capaian teratas FISIP dari 22 unit kerja di lingkungan Universitas Tanjungpura. yang mana fisip telah berkontribusi sekira 24,3% dari total 642 produk informasi universitas.
Adanya capaian tersebut, menjadi tantangan bagi pengelola informasi FISIP UNTAN dimasa mendatang, tentunya dengan tetap mengembangkan sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung layanan atau akses informasi publik.
Adanya pengembangan sarana tersebut, pastinya dapat memberikan layanan informasi yang lebih luas dan optimal serta dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat secara luas.
