Pontianak, Fisipnews. Pengarahan siakad tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Pelatihan SIAKAD Tahun 2016/2017 Sesi Pertama bagi Mahasiswa Baru Angkatan 2016, di selenggarakan FISIP Universitas Tanjungpura sejak Rabu (10/8) sampai dengan Senin (15/8) di Laboratorium FISIP Untan.
Pelatihan SIAKAD Tahun 2016/2017 Sesi Pertama
Pelatihan SIAKAD Tahun 2016/2017 Sesi Pertama FISIP Universitas Tanjungpura terbagi dalam 14 kelompok. Masing-masing kelompok terdiri sekira 25 orang, mereka mengikuti pelatihan SIAKAD sejak pukul 08.30 sampai dengan pukul 15.00.
Pelatihan SIAKAD hari pertama, Rabu diikuti peserta dari kelompok I – V terdiri 86 orang mahasiswa S-1 Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara, 4 orang mahasiswa Program Studi Hubungan Internasional dan 3 orang Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan, dan 28 orang Mahasiswa Program Studi Antropologi.
Pelatihan SIAKAD hari kedua, Kamis diikuti peserta dari kelompok VI-IX terdiri 24 orang mahasiswa S-1 Ilmu Komunikasi, 26 orang mahasiswa program studi Sosiologi, dan 24 orang mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Politik.
Pelatihan SIAKAD hari ketiga, Jum’at diikuti peserta dari kelompok X-XIII terdiri 25 orang mahasiswa S-1 Ilmu Politik, 52 orang mahasiswa program studi Sosiatri (Pembangunan Manusia). Sedangkan untuk hari Senin diikuti satu kelompok (XIV) sebanyak 25 orang Program Studi Hubungan Internasional.

Sistem Informasi Akademik
SIAKAD adalah Sistem Informasi Akademik yang dikembangkan dan dikelola Universitas Tanjungpura untuk diterapkan bagi seluruh lapisan pengguna baik mahasiswa, dosen dan unit akademik masing-masing fakultas. Sistem primer ini mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan dan transaksi proses akademik dari fase awal perkuliahan hingga akhir studi.
Pada fase awal mahasiswa berstatus aktif kuliah, mengisi Lembar Isian Rencana Studi (LIRS) via SIAKAD, validasi oleh dosen Pembimbing Akademik, informasi jadwal kuliah, dan seterusnya. Pada akhir perkuliahan semester, mahasiswa dapat melihat hasil studi dari menu nilai SIAKAD setelah dipublikasikan oleh dosen yang bersangkutan.
Begitu pentingnya fungsi dan manfaat SIAKAD sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan sistem ini secara benar, bagi mahasiswa baru. Selain materi SIAKAD, pelatihan ini juga diisi dengan materi Kemahasiswaan dan materi Pemanfaatan Internet serta Website Institusi.
Materi SIAKAD disampaikan oleh tim akademik yang dipimpin Nurmala, SE,M.Si. Kasubbag Akademik FISIP Untan ini menekankan pentingnya mahasiswa mengikuti dan menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu. Jika ada keinginan cuti, harus menempuh mekanisme dan prosedur cuti kuliah yang berlaku.
Anggota pemateri lainnya, Dien Ruslawati dan Usna menjelaskan cara akses, teknis penggunaan SIAKAD berbagai prosedur, hak dan kewajiban mahasiswa yang terkait sistem akademik tersebut.
Unit kemahasiswaan menyampaikan materi tentang prestasi, minat dan bakat, informasi beasiswa dan aktivitas positif yang dapat diikuti oleh mahasiswa untuk berkiprah dan berkarya di lingkungan Untan maupun nasional. Seperti yang disampaikan unit kemahasiswaan, Nuju Priyono yang akrab disapa Audi.
Sedangkan bagian penutup, tim laboratorium komputer menyampaikan informasi mengenai cara memanfaatkan internet, mengenal sistem website, portal e-learning, mengunjungi dan mendownload jurnal dan artikel perpustakaan. Tim juga menghimbau mahasiswa untuk aktif mengunjungi website berdomain Untan, dan mendownload konten-nya demi memperkaya pengetahuan dan peningkatan ranking website universitas.

Sebuah pengarahan siakad telah di laksanakan pada hari senin kemrain hingga hari jum’at nanti, dengan gelombang pertama ini berjumlah 360 siswa baru dari keseluruhan, masing” terdiri dari ;

3. Ilmu Komunikasi : 28 Siswa
- Ilmu Hubungan Internasional : 27 Siswa
5. Ilmu Pemerintahan : 28 Siswa
6. Sosiologi : 50 Siswa
- Ilmu Sosiatri : 54 Siswa
8. Antropologi Sosial : 23 Siswa
