ancaman bagi Pancasila dan NKRI. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kita untuk tidak melupakan pengorbanan para pahlawan revolusi dan terus berjuang untuk menjaga Pancasila dan NKRI, antara lain melalui prilaku kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) BerAKHLAK.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aparatur Sipil Negara BerAKHLAK<\/h2>\n<p>ASN Berakhlak merupakan komitmen untuk mewujudkan budaya kerja yang berorientasi pelayanan, akuntabel, kompeten, harmonis, loyal, adaptif dan kolaboratif berdasar<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jdih.maritim.go.id\/cfind\/source\/files\/permenpanrb\/2022\/peraturan-menteri-panrb-nomor-6-tahun-2022.pdf\">Peraturan Menteri PANRB Nomor 6 Tahun 2022<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara.<\/p>\n<p>Aparatur Sipil Negara BerAKHLAK di FISIP UNTAN dilaksanakan dengan keikutsertaan seluruh dosen dan tenaga kependidikan (tendik) FISIP UNTAN yang mengikuti program Pelatihan Literasi Digital Sektor Pemerintah di Kemdikbud Pusat pada 28 Maret s.d 8 April 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Berita terkait selengkapnya:<\/p>\n<h2 Sipil Negara BerAKHLAK diharapkan semakin menambah kuat budaya kerja selama ini dalam melayani masyarakat;<\/p>\n<p><em>Core Values\u00a0<\/em>ASN menjadi titik tonggak penguatan budaya kerja, yang tidak hanya dilakukan pada ASN tingkat pusat namun juga pada tingkat daerah, sebagaimana pesan<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bkhm.kemdikbud.go.id\/budaya-kerja\/\">Presiden Joko Widodo<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201cASN yang bertugas sebagai pegawai pusat maupun pegawai daerah harus mempunyai\u00a0<em>core values<\/em>\u00a0yang
