Jalan panjang nan terjal harus dosen tempuh, yang berkomitmen kuat untuk meraih capaian derajat profesor, mengingat banyak tantangan, persyaratan\u00a0 dan prosedur rumit yang\u00a0 harus mereka penuhi.<\/p>\n

Undan\"Profesor<\/a>g-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen Pasal 1 Butir 3, menyebutkan bahwa guru besar atau profesor adalah jabatan fungsional tertinggi bagi dosen yang masih mengajar di lingkungan satuan pendidikan<\/span><\/span><\/span> tinggi<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

FISIP Universitas Tanjungpura di tahun ini dalam tempo yang berdekatan telah menambah dua profesor yakni Prof.Dr.H.Martoyo, MA<\/a> dan Prof.Dr.Hj.Sri Haryaningsih, M.Si.<\/p>\n

Kedua guru besar ini sebelumnya adalah dosen senior di jurusan ilmu administrasi dan pakar bidang ilmu administrasi publik pada program D3, S1 dan pasca sarjana.<\/p>\n

Prestasi membanggakan\u00a0 ini bakal mendorong beberapa dosen dengan jabatan lektor\/lektor kepala untuk mengejar puncak jabatan fungsional tertinggi sebagai guru besar khususnya di FISIP Universitas Tanjungpura.<\/p>\n
