Pontianak, FisipNews – <\/strong>Untan Gelar\u00a0Lokakarya Akademik \u00a0Songsong e-Learning. \u00a0Universitas Tanjungpura<\/a> Pontianak menggelar\u00a0event strategik diawal tahun berupa\u00a0Lokakarya Akademik Untan 2016 \u00a0seperti dilansir thetanjungpuratimes.com<\/a><\/strong>, yang dibuka oleh Wakil\u00a0Rektor I Bidang Akademik, Dr. Aswandi, Kamis (21\/1) 2016, di ruang sidang rektorat Untan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

e-Learning menjadi bagian dari diskursus strategik karena berimplikasi kompleks dan cukup luas terhadap sistem pembelajaran konvensional saat ini, dimana Untan semakin terdorong untuk cepat beradaptasi dengan sistem pembelajaran non konvensional berbasis e-learning. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Untan Gelar\u00a0Lokakarya Akademik Songsong e-Learning<\/h2>\n

Lokakarya ini membahas 4 (empat) materi, terdiri draft peraturan rektor tentang pedoman penyelenggaraan proses belajar mengajar berbasis e-Learning di lingkungan Universitas Tanjungpura<\/a>, draft cuti akademik mahasiswa Universitas Tanjungpura<\/a>, draft tentang evaluasi akademik dan perkulihan mahasiswa Untan, dan draft tentang pedoman penyelenggaraan perkuliahan lintas fakultas pada jurusan atau program studi di lingkungan Universitas Tanjungpura<\/a>. Dengan nara sumber, Dr. Leo Sutrisno.<\/p>\n

Lokakarya juga diikuti sebanyak 58 peserta tediri, Dekan Fakultas<\/a>, Pudek. I, Kepala Biro Akademik, Ketua Program Studi, Ketua Jurusan, KA. SUB. BAG. Pendidikan, Kepala UPT. Penjamin Mutu dan Operator Fakultas di lingkungan Untan.<\/a>\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/div>\n

Sesi e-Learning<\/a> disampaikan oleh tim berupa muatan strategi kebijakan e-learning<\/a> \u00a0yang mengacu pedoman penyelenggaraan kuliah daring Dikti, penerapan dan manfaatnya bagi dosen, mahasiswa dan institusi. e-Learning yang diselenggarakan meliputi 3 jenis yakni online courses (kuliah daring); open courses (kuliah terbuka); dan open content (materi terbuka). Masing-masing jenis tersebut memiliki standar, kriteria, fungsi dan teknis tersendiri baik dalam pelaksanaan maupun pengelolaan nya. \u00a0Ketiganya dapat berjalan paralel dalam satu protokol LMS (learning Management System) seperti MOODLE.\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

(MOODLE singkatan dari Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment<\/b><\/i>) adalah paket perangkat lunak<\/a> yang diproduksi untuk kegiatan belajar berbasis internet<\/a> dan situs web<\/a> yang menggunakan prinsip\u00a0social constructionist pedagogy<\/b><\/i>. MOODLE merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari konsep dan mekanisme belajar mengajar yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi<\/a>, yang dikenal dengan konsep pembelajaran elektronik<\/a>\u00a0atau e-learning<\/a>. Moodle dapat digunakan secara bebas sebagai produk sumber terbuka (open source<\/i>) di bawah lisensi GNU<\/a>. Moodle dapat diinstal di komputer dan sistem operasi apapun yang bisa menjalankan PHP dan mendukung database SQL.<\/p>\n

Lokakarya Akademik Untan Songsong e-Learning, dilanjutkan dengan\u00a0Sesi aplikasi Siakad yang disampaikan oleh tim berupa pengembangan modul baru pendukung perkuliahan lintas prodi dan e-learning<\/a>. Pembelajaran non konvensional berbasis e-learning dengan standar kuliah daring yang digariskan Dikti harus dapat diintegrasikan dengan sistem akademik (SIAKAD) agar proses perkuliahan yang bersifat lintas prodi dan perguruan tinggi baik PT provider dan PT mitra dapat berjalan lancar dan akuntabel.<\/h3>\n

Pada sesi kedua lokakarya, peserta dibagi menjadi 4 (empat) kelompok, masing-masing kelompok I e-Learning, kelompok II Lintas Fakultas, kelompok III Evaluasi Akademik dan Perkuliahan, kelompok IV. Peraturan Cuti Akademik.<\/p>\n

Selanjutnya kelompok peserta ditempatkan diruangan terpisah membahas materi yang telah ditentukan oleh panitia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
