Pontianak, FISIPUNTAN. Audit Mutu Internal Prodi FISIP Untan (AMI). Ketua Jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Tanjungpura Dr.Ira Patriani beserta jajaran Kaprodi merespon positif Tim Penjaminan Mutu Untan dalam rangka AMI tahun 2021 pada Rabu (08/12).
Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Program Studi
Selama ini FISIP UNTAN telah menerapkan sistem penjaminan mutu (SPM) yang mengacu pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SN Dikti).
SPM tersebut diterapkan untuk menjamin tercapainya mutu pendidikan tinggi yang tinggi dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.
Salah satu upaya untuk memastikan penerapan SPM yang efektif adalah dengan melakukan audit mutu internal (AMI).
Aspek Penilaian Audit Mutu Internal Prodi
AMI merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan terencana untuk menilai kesesuaian, kecukupan, dan efektivitas SPM suatu program studi.
Auditor AMI LP3M UNTAN menilai penerapan SPM di FISIP UNTAN berdasarkan beberapa aspek, yaitu:
- Visi, misi, dan tujuan program studi
- Kurikulum
- Proses pembelajaran
- Sumber daya manusia
- Sarana dan prasarana
- Penelitian
- Pengabdian kepada masyarakat
- Kerja sama
Hasil Audit Mutu Internal Prodi
Hasil AMI menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SPM di FISIP UNTAN secara umum sudah cukup baik. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, antara lain:
- Kurikulum perlu diperbarui secara berkala agar sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.
- Proses pembelajaran perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya, antara lain dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif.
- Sumber daya manusia perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya, antara lain dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan.
- Sarana dan prasarana perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya, antara lain dengan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.
- Penelitian perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya, antara lain dengan meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas penelitian yang dihasilkan.
- Pengabdian kepada masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya, antara lain dengan meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan.
Tindak Lanjut Hasil Audit Mutu Internal Program Studi
Berdasarkan hasil AMI tersebut, FISIP UNTAN telah menyusun rencana tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya. Rencana tindak lanjut tersebut antara lain:
- Melakukan penyempurnaan kurikulum secara berkala.
- Meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran, antara lain dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif.
- Meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, antara lain dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan.
- Meningkatkan kualitas sarana dan prasarana, antara lain dengan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.
- Meningkatkan kualitas penelitian, antara lain dengan meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas penelitian yang dihasilkan.
- Meningkatkan kualitas pengabdian kepada masyarakat, antara lain dengan meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan.
Dengan adanya AMI, FISIP UNTAN diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya, sehingga dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing di dunia kerja.
Auditor Mutu Internal
Dr. Sesilia Seli, M.Pd, Dr.M.Meddy Danial, S.T., M.T. Dr. Sulistyarini, M.Si bersama tim Penjaminan Mutu LP3M Untan melaksanakan kegiatan AMI di prodi Ilmu Administrasi Publik, Ilmu Politik, Ilmu Pemerintahan, Ilmu Komunikasi dan Hubungan Internasional sejak pukul 09.00 hingga 13.00.
Masing-masing Ketua Prodi juga sangat kooperatif atas terselenggaranya AMI dengan penyiapan dokumen dan memberikan penjelasan terkait visitasi yang dilakukan tim.
Dekan , Dr.H.Martoyo bersama Dr.Herlan selaku Wadek 1 juga mengarahkan pelaksanaan SPMI semakin baik selaras kebijakan Untan dan Kementerian demi peningkatan mutu prodi-prodi di masa mendatang.
