FISIP Untan berkonsolidasi bersama Ketua Pengelola PPAPK, Drs.Abdul Rahim, M.Si, beserta beberapa Kaprodi baru pada program Diploma 3.
Kaprodi baru untuk periode 2021-2025 pada program studi Kearsipan, Martinus, S.Sos, M.Si, program studi Kesekretariatan, Drs.Sugiono, M.Si, dan program studi Administrasi Perkantoran Dhidik Apriyanto, M.Si bertemu diruang Dekan FISIP Untan, pada 30 September 2021.
Periode sebelumnya, sejak 2017 jabatan Ketua Pengelola PPAPK dijabat oleh Dr.Hj.Sri Haryaningsih, M.Si, Ketua Prodi Administrasi Perkantoran oleh Dr.Azrita Mardhalena, M.Si,
Ketua Prodi Kesekretariatan oleh Drs. Tri Hutomo, M.Si. Sedangkan untuk Ketua Prodi Kearsipan masih dilanjutkan oleh Martinus, S.Sos, M.Si.
